3 Reasons to Keep Your Joints Happy!

  • Gentle full-body exercises (walking, swimming)
  • Don’t lift too heavy (it may be good for muscles, but damage your joints)
  • Sleep on your back (tummy sleeping isn’t good for neck joints)
