Flat Fee Chiropractic Services

Most Chiropractic clinics charge a higher fee for some appointment types. For example, your first appointment and progress appointments can cost up to $100 or more.

The reason for this is time. Special appointments may take twice as much time compared to a checkup & adjustment, so patients get charged more.

We are a small, fee-for-service Chiropractic clinic. This means we are able to provide premium Chiropractic services at a fixed, affordable rate.

So it doesn't matter if it's your first, second or 17th appointment with us. Our fee remains the same so there's no unpleasant surprises.

Standard Patient

Aged 26-64

Appointment Type Average Time Fee
1st Appointment 20 - 25 minutes $90
Standard Appointment 15 - 20 minutes $90

Concession Patient

Aged 0-25 and 65+

Appointment Type Average Time Fee
1st Appointment 20 - 25 minutes $80
Standard Appointment 15 - 20 minutes $80

Payment Methods

Because Chiropractic isn't bulk billed in Australia like General Practitioners, most of our patients pay privately.

Single Appointment

We collect payment at the time of service via:

  • debit/credit card
  • cash
  • electronic funds transfer

After each appointment, we will email an itemised invoice to you. These are required if you want to make a claim independently from your private health insurance company.

6 Pack

We offer packages of 6 appointments for patients who are committed to using Chiropractic regularly.

These are $420, which means that each appointment works out to be $70.

Partial Claims

Despite not being bulk billed, there are several ways to reduce your Chiropractic out-of-pocket expenses.

With your GP's approval & referral letter, a portion of 5 Chiropractic appointments (per calendar year) can be claimed back from Medicare.

For these 5 appointments, Medicare will cover $60 of our fees:

  • Standard patient: $90 appointment fee - $60 Medicare claim = $30 out-of-pocket.
  • Concession patient: $80 appointment fee - $60 Medicare claim = $20 out-of-pocket.

Private Health Fund

If you have private health insurance "extras" cover, you should be able to claim back a portion of your Chiropractic appointment fees.

Examples of popular private health funds in Australia include AHM, Medibank, NIB, BUPA & HCF.

Usually, patients with health funds will be able to partially claim for up to 8-12 Chiropractic appointments per year. The limit and % amount of claim depends on your level of insurance cover.

Please note: you will need to make the claim directly from your insurance provider AFTER you have attended & paid for your appointment in full.

Overseas Health Insurance

Not all overseas health insurance policies will cover you for Chiropractic in Australia.

It is best to contact your overseas provider to find out.

We Don't Do

Unfortunately, we do not participate in these types of cover:

  1. Department of Veterans' Affairs (DVA).
  2. Work Cover.
  3. Compulsory Third Party (CTP insurance).
